Weāre looking for a dynamic Installation Supervisor to lead our teams and elevate our projects to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Oversee and manage installation technicians, ensuring efficient execution of AV projects within time frames and budgets.
⢠Lead special projects, including large-scale AV upgrades and new builds, driving technical solutions and schedules.
⢠Monitor labor, materials, and travel budgets, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and reporting updates to the Contracting Business Manager.
⢠Implement quality assurance programs, routinely inspecting job sites to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
⢠Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders, presenting a professional image and addressing inquiries or concerns.
⢠Train and develop staff on implementation practices, technical skills, and product knowledge to support their growth.
⢠Coordinate project scheduling and billing with clients and the Office Manager.
⢠Proactively identify and resolve issues during project execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

⢠Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AV systems (audio, video, lighting, control systems) and related technologies.
⢠Leadership: Strong project planning, resource allocation, and risk management skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative team environment.

Physical Demands

Work Environment
This role blends field-based work at construction sites and client offices with desk-based tasks like reviewing documents and responding to emails.
